I'm sure that you'll agree that one of the last things this world needs is another blog post detailing the frustrations that many of us have endured with diet and exercise.
If you're watching late night TV, it is difficult to change more than two or three channels without encountering an infomercial for the latest diet fad or the piece-of-exercise equipment that is going to give you the body shape that you've wanted for your entire life.
Many of you reading this post have the same health objectives: an energetic, toned and fit body that will help you to look your age if not several years younger.
But diets are difficult, and exercising at spas and gyms often takes more time than we can afford to devote as well as can be quite expensive.
For those of you who have not given up the search for a better way to reach your health goals, I have some good news for you today.
Yes, there is a better way. It actually has been around for over a quarter of a century. I'm referring to an exercise called rebounding otherwise known as bouncing on an indoor mini-trampoline.
I discovered the benefits and enjoyment of rebounding during the winter of 1981-82. I've been most involved with this form of exercise, though, since 2006 when I met a man named David Hall in his office in Manti, Utah, a small town in the central part of the state.
Hall is not the man who invented rebounding nor is he one of its pioneer figures. But, he has been and continues to be the foremost authority in rebound exercise for several years now as Hall has not only raised the bar with his research and technological advances, but he has raised it two or three levels higher in my opinion
Thanks to his acclaimed Cellerciser rebounder, Hall has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of people for the better. I know my life has been significantly better for knowing him and his introducing me to the Cellerciser.
The health benefits of rebounding on a high-quality mini-trampoline are numerous and can be achieved over time if you can devote as little as 10-minutes a day to performing a few simple but effective exercises while you bounce on the rebounder. Hall has a simple-to-follow, paint-by-the-numbers program called Cellercise to guide you to success.
Every day more people are changing their exercise habits to rebound exercise. Are you still interested in getting the results that you've been looking for over many years? If so, then check out the five most effective exercises that can be performed on a Cellerciser rebounder and discover for yourself that this is something that you CAN do and it's a lot of fun.

Don't Give Up...Keep Cellercising!
I can't remember where I first saw the image below but it rings so true in so many different ways in my life that I wanted to share it with you today:
Bouncing on a Cellerciser® exercise rebounder is a great way to lose weight and tone your body but sometimes the results that you're looking for don't come as quickly as you would like.
Fortunately there are people who have gone down the proverbial rebounding road ahead of us and have taken the time to write about their struggles and successes.

The Many Health Benefits of Rebounding
By now we all know exercising brings with it many health benefits (and it can be enjoyable). The challenge is choosing the right kind of exercise that works for you. Your interests and motivation will be factors in finding the type of exercise suitable for you. But also your age and fitness level will help determine the ideal exercise method.
A mini-trampoline, often called a rebounder, can open up a whole new set of possibilities. Rebounding (i.e. bouncing on a mini-trampoline) is one of the most effective exercises suitable for most people. Since rebounding causes minimal impact on knees and joints, it is easier to avoid injuries compared to other aerobic exercises.

Rebounding as a Great Anti-aging Exercise
Rebounding as a Great Anti-aging Exercise
Rebounding is one of the best exercises
for strengthening cells. What is it? A
rebounder is an indoor trampoline on which you jump. This might sound
simplistic but the results are phenomenal. Strong cells mean that aging is
being kept at bay. NASA has proven that this exercise, in comparison to
jogging, is 67% more effective.
Why does it work so well? Because of the
upward and downward movement of each jump; the forces of acceleration,
deceleration, and gravity work in concert to strengthen your cells while at
the same time is doing so shock-free, which is great for your joints.
Other benefits of rebounding are:
- · Increases metabolism thus reducing body fat
- · Strengthens muscles
- · Improves bone density
- · Moderates appetite
- · Enhances elimination
- · Allows for increased oxygenation of cells
- · Engages all major muscle groups simultaneously
- · Increases circulation
- · Enhances immune function, glandular function, and lymphatic function
- · Strengthens joints
- · Increases ones sense of balance and improves coordination
- · Firms and tones areas of your body like the legs, buttocks, abdomen, thighs, et cetera
- · Strengthens the heart muscles and helps with blood pressure modulation
- · Relieves aches and pains
Rebounding is probably the most
versatile of all exercises. The activities that you can engage in while
rebound exercising are limited only to your imagination. The portability of the mini-trampoline allows you to perform your work-out regime anywhere. Also, no matter
the weather; you can still rebound indoors or outdoors. That's good news because a large portion of the United States including where I live is experiencing snow storms.
All and all, the end result of your rebounding -- a healthier and younger-looking you! For more information on the best exercise rebounder to combat anti-aging, click here.

Top Ten Quick Stress Fixes
Greetings! I hope your week is going well with a manageable level of stress to deal with.
Here'a nice health product to check out.
The health benefits related to regular exercise on a superior quality rebounder are impressive. And one of rebounding's major health benefits is reducing stress.
Below is a list of my Top Ten Quick Stress Fixes. I hope that you'll take a moment and check them out. If you feel so inclined, I'd like to hear back from you in the comments section.
Drum roll please...
Number 10: Find a nearby mirror, and repeat some positive self-talk. Positive affirmations can provide instant stress relief in just a few minutes. It's well worth giving a try.
Number 9: Turn off the television news. Don't get caught up reading the news section of your favorite Internet website. Don't let the issues of the day consume you to the point of stressing you out and causing you to worry.
Number 8: Do something fun with family or friends. Get together with them and socialize. These people are your support system. Enjoy their company and erase stress quickly.
Number 7: Turn off your cell phone, television, computer, and other gadgets for an hour or two and get in touch with your "quiet" side. Give your stress a chance to subside before turning back on your iphone or responding to emails.
Number 6: Take a good look at your "to-do" list and see if you can cut some corners with those task to free up some time. Some of those tasks probably have a way you can complete them without your needing to worry about if the outcome is perfect or not.
Number 5: Rebound on a high-quality exercise rebounder -- preferably the Cellerciser® . You probably thought I was going to rank this as Number 1, didn't you? It's true. Rebound exercise is an excellent, natural way to relieve the harmful effects of stress in the privacy of your own home. No one is looking, so have fun and be yourself while your rebounding.
Number 4: Watch a funny movie with others. Laughter has a proven stress relief so don't hesitate to tickle your funny bone for some immediate stress relief.
Number 3: Enjoy a bath with some spa products or take a nice, hot shower. Soothing warm water and a mix of bubbles, salts, and essential oils will help you relax and take your mind off your troubles.
Number 2: Take an hour or so out of your day and get a massage. Better yet, schedule a massage for you and your spouse in the same room at the same time. Spoil yourself and get relief for the tension on your neck and back muscles as a result of stress.
Number 1: Listen to music. Turning on some calming tunes can be just the trick to relax you as well as lift your spirits. Focus on what you're hearing and forget about your stressful job or whatever else may be bothering you.
With my apologies to David Letterman, that's a pretty good list to invigorate you when your mired down in stress. Try out some of these fixes and you'll soon feel the difference in your stress levels.

Welcome to the Best Rebounder Mini-Trampoline Blog
I want to welcome you to the first post of many on the Best Rebounder Mini-Trampoline blog. My name is Gregg Birkner and I'm an Authorized Distributor of what I regard as the finest rebounder trampoline in the world -- the Cellerciser.
I sell the Cellerciser line of rebounders on eBay and on my eCrater.com store known as the Best Rebounder Store.
I started selling the Cellerciser rebounder exclusively in November of 2006 after meeting the man who created this product David Hall. I had been selling another brand of rebounders on eBay prior to meeting with Hall for a while on eBay with some success. However, I received a question from a potential eBay customer wanting to know the differences between the brand I was selling and Hall's rebounder.
With no real knowledge of the Cellerciser, I did some research on the product and found a phone number on the Internet for Hall's company which was merely about 90 minutes away by car from where I lived. After leaving a voicemail message, Hall returned my call and set up a meeting with me at his office soon afterwards where he discussed the benefits of regular rebounding on a Cellerciser (he called it Cellercising) with me for over two hours.
After demonstrating various exercises on the unit and showing me the great lengths that go into making it the safest and best built rebounder on the market, Hall had me get on the Tri-Fold model and try it out. Within a couple of minutes, it was clear to me that this mini-trampoline provided me a smoother bounce. The feel of the mat was neither too soft or too hard, but most importantly my feet were not turning inward when I bounced (called pronating). Basically, I could bounce without having to watch what my feet were doing.
I knew then that the Cellerciser was not only better than the brand I had been selling on eBay, but it was far superior. I purchased a Tri-Fold model on the spot to take home with me and I began selling only David Hall's rebounders from then on.
You may wonder why I stopped selling the other brand. In my opinion, selling rebounders is not like selling automobiles where you have a lot of choices. When you find the best rebounder as I did, it doesn't make sense to sell other brands that will not come close to helping customers reach their health and fitness objectives. Hall's units all come with the patented Triple-Tiered Tri-Flex springs, state-of-the-art Permatron mats, movable legs held on by piano wire, a frame made from the finest steel in the world -- the Cellerciser has it going on!
In the days, weeks, and months ahead, I'll explain more why the Cellerciser is worthy of being the featured rebounder in a blog entitled, "The Best Rebounder Mini-Trampoline."
Thanks for stopping by! More soon.
